We have a Non-refund policy unless exceptional circumstances. All of our On-Line events are now recorded and the recording sent the following day to all that have purchased for the event.

Due to the very strong energies that are increasingly present at our face-to-face spiritual events, the organisers cannot be held responsible for visual or audio disturbances and interruptions that may arise during the event and particularly when streaming or recording.
Our technical team use their best endeavours to overcome these energetic disturbances, however occasionally these are beyond their control. Some visual disturbances are only perceptible through the lens of a camera, including but not limited to coloured aura, blurring or orbs. Audio disturbances may include but are not limited to reduced quality, hissing and intermittent breaks.
For the best experience when joining our events remotely, please use headphones as this often improves the experience.
When attending in person please ensure you have grounded yourself beforehand.
