We are delighted to welcome Melinda Messenger as a special guest speaker at our Mind Body Spirit event on Sunday, September 7th. This will be an exciting and unique opportunity, as Melinda steps into a new role, hosting a Q&A session on subjects she has extensively trained in.

Melinda holds a master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy and has developed a deep understanding of the holistic integrative approach, which considers the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She will be happy to take questions exploring how psychotherapy supports personal growth and well-being, addressing emotional, mental, and physical health.

If time allows Melinda will introduce the concept of Dream Guidance, with a short meditation after explaining this technique developed at the Dreams Research Institute in London. This method allows individuals to experience their dreams in a waking state, unlocking hidden messages that can lead to healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

Melinda’s other love is energy therapies—powerful healing techniques that work on balancing the body’s energetic system. These approaches address mental, emotional, and physical well-being, offering a path to greater harmony and self-awareness.
