This 6-week course is a safe, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped your life so far, and gently begin to shift what no longer serves you.

Through guided discussions, small group sharing, and practical tools, you’ll discover how to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

You won’t be asked to “be positive” or “just be happy.”
Instead, you’ll be supported in understanding yourself more deeply, and creating meaningful change from the inside out.

Discover why your relationship with yourself shapes everything else, and how to begin treating yourself with the kindness you deserve.

Relationships
Explore how your relationship with yourself influences your connections with others, and how to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Emotions & Feelings
Understand the power of your emotions, what they’re trying to tell you, and how they influence your life experiences.

Forgiveness
Let go of what’s been holding you back and experience the freedom that forgiveness can bring, not for others, but for you.

Gratitude
Shift your focus from what’s missing to what’s already present and begin to experience more appreciation in everyday life.

Fear
Identify the fears that keep you stuck and gently begin to move beyond them.

Creating Your Version of Happiness
Redefine what happiness means to you, uncover where your beliefs came from, and learn how to create a life that truly feels good from within.
