Welcome to an evening of understanding the importance of meditation for our health and wellbeing. Jackie White will be speaking with Lindsay Horsley owner of Divine Healing Hands in Southampton.
There will be an opportunity for questions during the evening.

Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness,stress, anxiety and enhancing overall health and well-being.

Being in a state of deep peace that occurs when the mind is calm and silent. Even if there is a lot of chatter going on within the mind,when given time to relax fully alleviates this and eventually the mind shuts up.

By meditating on a regular basis even only for 5 minutes a day then gradually increasing the time really helps with depression, lifting those in this state back into the NOW moment.

The meditation tonight will take you on a journey to inner peace, tranquility, strength and purpose to hold this light and love within your being. To wake up and hold yourself in a higher vibration. Especially with all the upheaval that’s being placed within our everyday lives and will enhance a positive outlook to your own life and state of mind.

This guided meditation will give you the power back within your light body to heal itself and to change thought patterns to positive affirmations, this meditation is for any age, beginner or seasoned mediators.
